Child ticket policy

We warmly welcome our little travellers on board!

• Children aged 3 years and above must have a separate seat booked at the full applicable ticket price.
• Children below 3 years of age may travel without a separate seat at no additional ticket fare.
• However, if a separate seat is booked for a child below 3 years, the full applicable ticket price will apply.

Booking cancellation and refund

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund of the base fare.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund of the base fare.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for a refund.
• Refund Calculation: Any applicable refund will be calculated on the base fare only.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Payment gateway fees and GST charged on such fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.

Payment gateway fees and applicable GST will be charged at the prevailing rates specified by the payment gateway.
Additional charges may apply depending on the card type, including credit card charges, as applicable. These charges are non-refundable.

When you request account deletion:

• You may cancel a pending deletion request within the cancellation period displayed in the application, provided deletion has not already become irreversible.
• After the applicable cancellation period, we will proceed with permanent deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.

Our application may display a scheduled deletion date and the available cancellation period when you submit your request.

Certain booking, payment, invoice or other records may be retained where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where appropriate, personal information in retained records will be deleted or anonymized.

Once deletion is completed, your previous account and associated personal information cannot necessarily be recovered. You may register again, subject to our applicable registration process.
