Booking Policy

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Advance payment is received and
  • Confirmation message is issued by Omrath Travels.


Payment Terms

Customers agree to:

  • Pay the agreed booking amount in advance
  • Clear remaining balance before or during the journey

  • Cash (where applicable)

  • PhonePe payment gateway

Omrath Travels is not responsible for:

  • Payment gateway downtime
  • Bank server failures
  • Transaction delays caused by third-party payment systems

Prices may change without prior notice during:

  • Government tax revisions


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation

  • Cancellation charges may apply based on timing and operational costs.
  • Refund processing time may take 2-3 business days.
  • Refunds for online payments may be processed back to the original payment source through PhonePe or Razorpay or banking channels.

Operator Cancellation

Omrath Travels reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to:

  • Vehicle breakdown
  • Weather conditions
  • Road restrictions
  • Government orders
  • Safety concerns

In Operator Cancellation cases, customers may receive:

  • Alternative vehicle arrangement, or
  • Refund of eligible booking amount


Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Arrive at pickup location on time
  • Maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle
  • Follow driver safety instructions
  • Respect other passengers

Passengers must not:

  • Consume illegal substances
  • Carry prohibited items
  • Damage vehicle property
  • Engage in abusive or unsafe behavior

Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if necessary.



Travel Delays

Travel timings are approximate and may vary due to:

  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Road conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Religious event congestion

Omrath Travels is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.



Luggage Policy

Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.

Omrath Travels is not responsible for:

  • Lost luggage
  • Theft
  • Forgotten items
  • Damage to personal belongings


Liability Limitation

While we strive to provide safe and reliable transportation, Omrath Travels shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Missed events or connections
  • Personal injuries caused by passenger negligence
  • Delays due to force majeure events

Liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the booking amount paid.



Religious & Tourist Visits

Temple entry, darshan timing, VIP access, and local authority regulations are controlled by respective temple authorities and government agencies.


Omrath Travels does not guarantee:

  • Immediate darshan
  • VIP access
  • Queue-free entry


Use of Photos & Media

Omrath Travels may use:

  • Trip photographs
  • Customer reviews
  • Video testimonials

for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.



Website & Social Media Usage

Content available on our website and social media pages is for informational purposes only.


Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of:

  • Logos
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Branding
  • Content

Privacy

Governing Law
